The Everhour–Deel integration closes the loop between time tracking and contractor payments. Track time in Everhour, approve it, then export it directly to Deel for processing — no spreadsheets, no manual invoices.
Setup
- Connect Deel from the Integrations page in your Everhour account settings
- Map your Everhour team members to their corresponding Deel contracts
- Have contractors track time normally in Everhour during the pay period
Exporting time to Deel
At the end of each billing period, review and approve the logged hours in Everhour. Once approved, use the Deel export to push the time data directly into Deel — the integration maps entries to the correct contracts automatically.
Billing & payments
Deel processes the exported time entries according to each contractor's contract terms. This eliminates back-and-forth between contractors submitting invoices and finance approving them — the time data is already verified in Everhour before it reaches Deel.
