If you use Notion as your project management tool, you can integrate it with Everhour to track time directly on your pages — no switching tabs, no manual data entry.
Setup
- Sign up for Everhour and connect Notion from the Integrations page. Click the Notion button and authorize access to your workspace
- Install the Everhour browser extension
- Invite your team to Everhour — only those you invite can track time in Notion
Controls inside Notion
Once the extension is installed and Notion is connected, a timer button appears on every Notion page. Click Start to begin tracking time without leaving Notion. You can also log time manually from the extension pop-up.
How sync works
Everhour syncs your Notion databases and pages automatically. New pages added to synced databases appear in Everhour. Renamed pages are updated in Everhour so your reports always show current data.
To trigger an instant sync, go to the Integrations page and click "Re-sync projects".
Reports
In Everhour's report builder, filter time by Notion database, page, or team member. All time tracked inside Notion feeds into the same reports as time tracked anywhere else in Everhour.
